Her career spans leading institutions including Citi Bank, Axis Bank, Standard Chartered, Religare Wealth Management and PhillipCapital, with expertise in client relationships, portfolio management, investment solutions, financial analysis and deal origination.

At Alpha Capital, she works with clients on holistic financial planning and investment strategy. She is committed to building long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on integrity, trust and client-centricity.

Education : Shikha holds an MSc in Finance & Investments from Durham Business School, UK, where she graduated with Distinction, and a B.Com (Honours) from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.

She has also completed a short term 3 months specialised programme in accounts and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
